CogniHealth is a local, independently owned home care agency created from real caregiving experience. We are not a franchise. Our mission is to provide compassionate, person-centered care that honors each individual’s dignity, comfort, and daily life.
Everything we do is rooted in the values that guided our beginning: leading with compassion, honoring the whole person, being honest and consistent, bringing dementia and Alzheimer’s expertise with warmth, and caring deeply for our community. These values shape how we support families and how we choose the caregivers who represent us.

Our Story
Inspired by our founder’s more than 10-year journey caring for her mother with dementia, CogniHealth was created to deliver consistent, heartfelt care that honors each individual with dignity and surrounds families with the support they need.
Her experience showed how essential it is for families to have care they can trust, and care that truly sees the person behind the diagnosis. That purpose guides everything we do. Every caregiver we select and every care plan we design reflects our commitment to compassionate, person-centered support.
