Caregiver (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Summary:
Provide compassionate, non-medical home care and companionship to seniors and adults who need support with daily living.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and companionship
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
Follow individualized care plans provided by the coordinator
Maintain accurate care notes and timely communication
Qualifications:
Valid HCA registration or CNA license preferred
CPR/First Aid certification
Reliable transportation and clean background check
Passion for helping others with patience and empathy
Care Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: San Diego Office | Reports to: Administrator
Summary:
Coordinate and manage client care schedules, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and caregiver support.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and match caregivers based on client needs
Maintain client records and communicate updates
Conduct care check-ins and ensure satisfaction
Support caregivers with guidance and resources
Qualifications:
2+ years in home care or healthcare coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compassionate, proactive problem solver
Marketing & Outreach Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Hybrid / San Diego Office
Summary:
Support CogniHealth’s community outreach, social media, and marketing initiatives to build awareness and trust among local families.
Responsibilities:
Assist with social media content and newsletters
Support events, presentations, and partnerships
Track leads and outreach activity metrics
Collaborate with leadership to develop local campaigns
Qualifications:
Strong writing and organizational skills
Experience with Canva, Squarespace, or similar tools
Friendly, professional, and motivated self-starter
HR Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: San Diego Office
Summary:
Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement programs.
Responsibilities:
Assist with screening, interviews, and documentation
Maintain personnel files and compliance records
Coordinate training sessions and caregiver check-ins
Support HR with scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Qualifications:
2+ years HR or office administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience with home care industry preferred
