After caring for her mother through more than a decade of dementia, Rachel created CogniHealth to offer the compassionate, consistent care she once struggled to find. With 20+ years of finance and operations leadership at institutions such as Columbia University and UC San Diego, she brings strong integrity, structure, and reliability to every aspect of care. Her leadership blends personal understanding with professional excellence to support families with dignity, empathy, and trust.

Arielle oversees CogniHealth’s human resources, marketing, and care operations, ensuring a seamless connection between team excellence and client experience. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she bridges cultural gaps to support diverse families in San Diego County. She is often the first voice families hear when they reach out. She treats each call with the care and respect it deserves. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine compassion ensures that every client and caregiver feels supported from the very first interaction.

Susselys Virgil, BA, MS, Lean Six Sigma
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
Susselys brings over 20 years of finance and operations leadership experience across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and has led teams in accounts receivable, cash operations, and compliance with a focus on integrity and service.
A CMA candidate and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Susselys blends strategic insight with collaboration and care. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps ensure CogniHealth’s operations reflect transparency, trust, and compassion.

Carolle Jean-Murat, M.D., CogniHealth’s Health & Wellness Advisor, supports healthy aging, dementia awareness, and caregiver education. With family health experience, she offers wellness tips that enhance CogniHealth’s home care services. Her guidance helps keep clients and their families safe and comfortable. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she brings a culturally sensitive approach to reach and support diverse families in San Diego County.
Her role supports our mission to provide compassionate, person-centered care that improves quality of life.

Ali R. Nassiripour, Esq, serves as a strategic legal advisor and outside partner to Cognihealth, providing guidance on federal compliance, immigration, and corporate governance matters that support the company’s mission of compassionate, high-quality home care services. With over two decades of experience in U.S. immigration and federal administrative practice, Mr. Nassiripour helps the company maintain strong ethical and regulatory standards while supporting its growth and workforce development goals.

SOCIAL SERVICES ADVISOR
Ms. Sueda is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over 20 years of experience helping older adults and families navigate care transitions, dementia, and long-term support. Her background in geriatric social work and family advocacy enhances our mission to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. She ensures each care plan promotes dignity, emotional well-being, and engagement, addressing the whole person, not just their physical needs.
Ms. Sueda is fluent in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
